Puzzle Pieces Quilt – Fons & Porter
Wall quilts and batik quilt patterns make a great pair! We have the Puzzle Pieces quilt to prove it. Batik fabrics are created with wonderful saturated tones and this quilt takes advantage of that. This designer chose to “lock” them all together into a wall quilt to puzzle the eyes. This wall hanging quilt is made with 2½”-wide precut batik strips. And, don’t worry! The puzzle tabs are not made by curved piecing! Easy machine appliqué completes the pieces. We will walk you through each of the steps for creating this beauty in the Quilting Quickly video below!
