Season’s Tweetings Quilt
Poinsettias, cardinals, leaves and blossoms in a gorgeous wreath design. When you combine hand embroidery, Dresden plates, and appliqué, you get Erin Russek’s delightful quilt, Season’s Tweetings. Erin very cleverly turned miniature Dresden’s into flowers, creating the focal point of the wreath. If you love handwork, this quilt offers plenty of opportunity for slow sewing goodness, featuring hand-turned appliqué and a hand-embroidered stem.
While this quilt makes a gorgeous holiday quilt when made in Christmas fabrics, you can use your favorite colors or match the fabric to your décor to create a quilt that can hang in your home year round. This design can truly be made your own.
